St. John’s Piecemakers Quilt Club will have its 17th annual quilt show this year with as many as 100 quilts exhibited. We welcome entries from outside our club. If you wish to exhibit a quilt or wall hanging, please fill out the form below and send a picture of your quilt and the $5 entry fee to the address at the bottom. Checks can be made out to St. John's Piecemakers Quilt Club. Your photo will be returned to you.

Though we have never had a problem at our show, all entrants must understand that we cannot be responsible for loss, theft or damage of quilts. We take every precaution to protect your quilt.

- The quilt show is open to quilters outside of our membership.
- You may enter more than one quilt, but must fill out a form and pay the fee for each quilt you enter.
- All entries with photo, fee, and entry form are due no later than Sept. 26, 2017.
- Non Members: please send one photo of your quilt and $5 per entry. Fees and photos can be sent to

Waunakee, WI 53597 - Quilts may be any size but must have a hanger (sleeve) that measures at least 4 inches deep at the top end of the quilt. If your quilt is more than 86 inches long, the hanger must be at 80 inches from the bottom of the quilt to the top of the sleeve so that the quilt does not touch the floor.
- Write a short paragraph telling us about your quilt, for instance: why you made it, where did you get your inspiration, any challenges, etc.
- All quilts entered are open to the Viewers Choice Award.
- All quilts must be delivered to St. John’s School (114 E 3rd St) on Thursday, October 26 (2:00 - 3:00 pm). If there is a problem with this drop off time, please contact Gerry Olson at [email protected] for alternate arrangements.
- Quilts can be picked up on Saturday, October 28th after the show closes. Please allow time to take down the whole show before quilts are available.
- All exhibitors will receive a 2 day show pass for free admission to the show.
